This policy explains how Dazzle (“we”) handles information in connection with Jogak and this website.

Information we collect

We do not ask you for personal information. Jogak has no accounts, no sign-in, and no profile. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.

Stored on your device only

The game saves a small amount of data locally so it can remember how you like to play. This never leaves your device, and we cannot read it:

• Sound, music, vibration and visual effect settings
• Which puzzles you have completed
• The timestamp of the last time an advertisement was shown

Deleting the app removes this data.

Advertising

Jogak shows advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may access your device’s advertising identifier (Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS) along with technical information such as device model, operating system version, and approximate region derived from your IP address.

This processing is carried out by Google, not by us. We never receive your advertising identifier, and we do not combine it with any other information. For details, see Google’s advertising policy.

You can limit ad personalisation at any time in your device settings:

• Android — Settings › Privacy › Ads
• iOS — Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking

Content downloads

Puzzle images and game content are downloaded from our content delivery network as you play. Like any web request, these downloads include your IP address and are recorded in standard server logs used for delivery and abuse prevention. We do not use these logs to identify individual players.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share information with third parties other than the advertising provider named above.
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs beyond what AdMob requires.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Children

Jogak is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal information about you, there is normally nothing for us to retrieve, correct, or erase. If you believe otherwise, or if you have a question about advertising identifiers, write to us and we will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act, the GDPR, or similar laws.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, note it in the app.

이 방침은 대즐(Dazzle)이 조각(Jogak)과 이 웹사이트에서 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.

수집하는 정보

개인정보를 요구하지 않습니다. 조각에는 계정도, 로그인도, 프로필도 없습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 연락처, 사진, 위치를 수집하지 않습니다.

기기에만 저장되는 정보

게임은 이용자의 설정을 기억하기 위해 아주 적은 양의 데이터를 기기 안에만 저장합니다. 이 데이터는 기기를 벗어나지 않으며 저희가 열람할 수 없습니다.

• 효과음, 배경음, 진동, 이펙트 설정
• 완료한 퍼즐 기록
• 마지막으로 광고가 표시된 시각

앱을 삭제하면 이 데이터도 함께 사라집니다.

광고

조각은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 표시합니다. AdMob은 광고 노출과 측정을 위해 기기의 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID, iOS IDFA)와 기기 모델, 운영체제 버전, IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 지역 같은 기술 정보를 이용할 수 있습니다.

이 처리는 저희가 아니라 Google이 수행합니다. 저희는 광고 식별자를 전달받지 않으며 다른 정보와 결합하지도 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 광고 정책을 참고하세요.

맞춤 광고는 기기 설정에서 언제든 제한할 수 있습니다.

콘텐츠 다운로드

퍼즐 이미지와 게임 콘텐츠는 플레이 중에 콘텐츠 전송 네트워크에서 내려받습니다. 모든 웹 요청과 마찬가지로 이 과정에서 IP 주소가 서버 로그에 기록되며, 이 로그는 콘텐츠 전송과 오남용 방지 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 저희는 이 로그로 개별 이용자를 식별하지 않습니다.

하지 않는 일

• 정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
• 위에 명시한 광고 제공자 외 제3자에게 정보를 제공하지 않습니다.
• AdMob에 필요한 범위를 넘는 분석·추적 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
• 만 13세 미만 아동의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

아동

조각은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 아동이 개인정보를 제공했다고 판단되시면 연락 주시기 바랍니다. 확인 후 삭제하겠습니다.

이용자의 권리

저희는 이용자의 개인정보를 보유하지 않으므로 통상적으로 열람·정정·삭제할 대상이 없습니다. 그렇지 않다고 판단되시거나 광고 식별자에 관해 문의할 사항이 있으시면 연락 주십시오. 30일 이내에 답변드립니다.

거주 지역에 따라 개인정보 보호법, GDPR 등에 따른 권리를 행사하실 수 있습니다.

변경

이 방침이 이용자에게 영향을 주는 방식으로 변경되면 상단의 날짜를 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 앱 내에서도 알려드립니다.
