These terms apply to Jogak, published by Dazzle (“we”), and to this website. By installing or using the game, you agree to them.
Using the game
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play Jogak on devices you own or control. The game is free to download.
Please do not:
- Copy, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the game, except where the law permits it
- Redistribute or resell the game or its content
- Interfere with advertising, or use tools that alter how the game runs
Content ownership
The game, its artwork, puzzle images, sounds, and code belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright. Playing the game does not transfer any of those rights to you.
Advertising
Jogak is supported by advertising. Advertisements are supplied by Google AdMob and their content is not created or reviewed by us. We are not responsible for products or services shown in advertisements.
Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue the game at any time. Some content is downloaded while you play, so parts of the game may be unavailable if you are offline or if our servers are temporarily down.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or free of defects, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute cannot be resolved between us, it will be heard by the courts of the Republic of Korea. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.

게임 이용
저희는 이용자 본인이 소유하거나 관리하는 기기에 게임을 설치해 플레이할 수 있는, 양도할 수 없는 개인 이용 권한을 부여합니다. 게임 다운로드는 무료입니다.
다음 행위는 하지 말아 주십시오.
- 법이 허용하는 범위를 넘어 게임을 복제, 변조, 역컴파일, 역설계하는 행위
- 게임이나 그 콘텐츠를 재배포하거나 판매하는 행위
- 광고 표시를 방해하거나 게임 동작을 변경하는 도구를 사용하는 행위
콘텐츠 권리
게임과 그 그래픽, 퍼즐 이미지, 사운드, 코드에 대한 권리는 저희 또는 라이선스 제공자에게 있으며 저작권법의 보호를 받습니다. 게임을 이용한다고 해서 이 권리가 이용자에게 이전되지는 않습니다.
광고
조각은 광고로 운영됩니다. 광고는 Google AdMob이 제공하며 그 내용은 저희가 제작하거나 검수하지 않습니다. 광고에 표시된 상품이나 서비스에 대해 저희는 책임지지 않습니다.
서비스 제공
저희는 게임을 언제든 업데이트하거나 변경하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 일부 콘텐츠는 플레이 중에 내려받으므로, 오프라인 상태이거나 서버에 일시적 문제가 있으면 일부 기능을 이용하지 못할 수 있습니다.
보증의 부인

준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 분쟁이 원만히 해결되지 않을 경우 대한민국 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다. 이 조항은 이용자가 거주 국가의 소비자 보호법에 따라 갖는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
